Uni-Very-Sh*t-ty

Dear you,

The next big thing in my mind is about College. I chose to study out of my hometown.
On 29 June 2012, I went to Surabaya. I would re-register myself in 4 July in Ciputra University. After that of course, orientation week.

The orientation week lasted for 10 days. During that time I must have woken up at 5 a.m and be in the university in 6 a.m until 5 p.m. Sometime the time was longer. I really hated it but after all it was pleasant moments left.

The first day of university...
I am studying International Business Accounting. In Ciputra University, we are all taught entrepreneurship education specially on Wednesday. The major I chose is a new one but I can't even believe that the class only consists of 20 students (including me). Honestly, I really didn't like my friends in the class. I even thought of changing major. I felt like I can't really get along with them.

The first lesson I attended is Management. Overall it was good. Still I didn't like the people. They were just too different from my old friends. In that moment I missed all my High School Moments.

Also the main problem I faced is dialect. Ujung Pandang and Surabaya talks in different dialect. Some words have really different meaning than the one I knew. But I soon learned.

That's about my first impression about my university life. To end it I want to tell you sayings I got from my MOM:

"Don't Let Your Friends Change Your Direction to Success"

Sincerely,

Nathasa
